We may use your personal data to send you updates (by email, text message, telephone or post) about legal developments that might be of interest to you and/or information about our services, including exclusive offers, promotions or new services or products.
We have a legitimate interest in processing your personal data for promotional purposes (see above ‘How and why we use your personal information’).

How we will not use your data
We will always treat your personal data with the utmost respect and never sell OR share it with other organisations outside of Ridgeway IT Limited for marketing purposes or seek to make financial gain from your information.
Where your personal data is held
All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers (within the EEA) or the servers of our service providers. Information may be held by third party agencies and service providers.

How long will your personal data be kept for?
Except as otherwise mentioned in this privacy notice, we keep your personal information only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected:

to comply with other law, including for the period demanded by our tax authorities
to support a claim or defence in court

Transfer of your information out of the EEA

Age limit for using our services
Our services are designed for business and users over the age of 16. We do not sell products or provide services for purchase by children, nor do we market to children. If you are under 16, you may use our websites only with consent from a parent or guardian.
How to raise a complaint
The General Data Protection Regulation also provides you the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the European Union (or European Economic Area) state where you work normally live or where any alleged infringement of data protection laws occurred.
